A shared dashboard opens on a view of your whole organisation, with a row of tabs across the top. One tab gathers every site together, and each of the others narrows the same panels to a single site — so one screen answers both how the organisation is doing and how one site is doing.
Switching site tabs
The tabs sit in a row across the top of the dashboard, above the panels. The dashboard opens on the organisation tab, which reads across every site you can see.
- Open the shared dashboard. It opens on the organisation tab, showing figures across every site you can see.
- Select the tab for the site you want. The panels below re-read for that site — the same counts, charts and tables, measured against that site's entries.
- To compare another site, select its tab. To return to the whole picture, select the organisation tab.
Moving between tabs only changes what you are looking at. It saves nothing and changes no entries, so you can move back and forth as often as you need. For a guided tour of the panels themselves, see Reading a dashboard.

How scoping works
A site tab is not a separate dashboard. It holds the same panels as the organisation view, pointed at one site instead of all of them, so the layout you learn on one tab carries across the rest.
Scope follows the tree. A site tab counts only the entries filed under that site's branch — the site itself and everything beneath it, down through its areas and assets. The organisation tab counts every entry you can see, across every site. Switching tabs changes which entries the panels measure, never the panels themselves. Because every figure is built from entries, the panels follow the same access rules you meet elsewhere in Pyron. A dashboard only counts entries you are allowed to see, so two people on the same site tab can read different totals depending on which parts of the tree they can reach.
A per-site total counts only the entries under that site that you can see. If a colleague can reach parts of the site you cannot, their figures for the same tab can be higher. See Access and sharing.
The figures stay live. As your team logs entries under a site, that site's tab recalculates to match, with nothing to refresh by hand.
