A shared dashboard is a page shared with your team: one screen that gathers the figures they watch. Every page starts private to you; once it is shared, the assistant builds your changes as a draft, and nobody else sees the draft until you publish it.
Build a shared page
- Select New page in the header, give the page a name and select Create.
- Select Share and share the page with the people, roles or Everyone who should see it.
- On the page, select Edit page. Its draft opens, marked Draft.
- Open the assistant (⌘J) and describe what the page should show: the figures, charts and tables it needs. The assistant builds the draft while you watch. Ask for changes the same way.
- Select Publish. Pyron shows what publishing would do on a card. If the draft can do anything the published page could not, such as creating entries, the card lists it under New powers. Select Apply to publish.
Until you publish, everyone keeps seeing the version that was published before.
Pin it to everyone's Home
Sharing a page never puts it on anyone's Home: the people you share it with find it under Pages → Shared with you. To put the dashboard on everyone's Home, open the page's ⋯ menu and, under Pin to Home, choose For everyone; choose it again to take it off. It shows there only to people who can already see it, and each person can take their own copy off with Unpin from Home. Whether you can do this depends on your role.
