Every organisation reaches Pyron at its own web address. This page shows you how to open yours, sign in with your email and password, reset a password you have forgotten, and what to expect when your organisation uses single sign-on.
Your organisation's address
Your organisation has its own Pyron web address. Your administrator gives you the link when they set up your account, so save it as a bookmark and you can return to it directly.
Opening that address takes you to your organisation's sign-in page, headed Sign in. This is where you sign in with the email and password set up for you.

Signing in with your email
Sign in with the email address and password your organisation set up for you.
- In the Email field, type your work email address.
- In the Password field, type your password. To check what you have typed, select Toggle password visibility.
- Select Sign In.
Pyron takes you to your home page. If the email or password does not match, a message asks you to check them and try again.
To change your password once you are signed in, or to turn on extra account security, see your profile and security.
Signing in through a portal
Some teams sign in from a shared device — a screen at a front desk or on a shop floor — set up as a portal. A portal skips the email and password step: instead of typing your details, you open the portal page, find your name among the people set up for that device, and select it to continue.
Your administrator decides which portals exist and who appears on each one. If you work from a shared device and do not see your name, ask your administrator to add you.
On a shared device, sign out when you finish so the next person starts from the chooser rather than your account.
Forgot your password?
If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it yourself from the sign-in page.
- On the sign-in page, select Forgot your password?.
- On the Reset Password page, enter your account email in the Email Address field.
- Select Send Reset Link.
- Open the email that arrives and follow its link to choose a new password.
When you finish, select Back to Sign In to return to the sign-in page and sign in with your new password.

If your organisation uses single sign-on
Some organisations let their people sign in with the account they already use for other work systems, through their organisation's own identity provider. This is called single sign-on, and your administrator can tell you whether yours uses it.
When your organisation uses single sign-on, the sign-in page offers a button to continue with your provider. Select it, sign in on your provider's own screen, and you return to Pyron already signed in — with no separate Pyron password to remember.
Some organisations require single sign-on. There, the email and password fields do not sign you in, and you use the provider button instead. Your provider may also handle any extra verification, so Pyron does not ask for it again.
If you expect a single sign-on option and do not see one, ask your administrator which provider to use.
