Everyone who works in your organisation has an account, and you manage all of them from a single page. You can invite new people, keep their details up to date, and switch off accounts when someone moves on.
The users list
The users list lives in Setup, under Users. It shows everyone who has an account in your organisation, with the controls for adding and managing people sitting above the table.

Two controls sit above the list:
- Invite User opens a form for adding someone new.
- Table options changes how the list is displayed.
Inviting someone
Select Invite User to open the invite form.

- Enter the email address of the person you want to add.
- Choose the role that matches what they need to do. A role decides what someone can see and change, so pick it with care — the roles page explains each one.
- Confirm to send the invitation.
The person receives an email and sets their own password the first time they sign in, so their credentials never pass through your hands.
Editing and deactivating
Select any person in the list to open their details. From there you can update the information you hold about them, or change their role when what they do shifts.
When someone leaves, deactivate their account rather than deleting it. Deactivating stops the person signing in and removes their access straight away, while keeping their past activity intact for your records. You can turn the account back on if they return.
