A KPI shows one figure at a glance, such as an open count, a response time or a compliance percentage, so a page answers a question the moment you open it.
Figures are built with the assistant
A page's figures are part of the page the assistant builds, rather than widgets you add and set up one at a time. The full guide will follow.
Add a figure to a page
If you can edit the page:
- Select Edit page to open its draft.
- Open the assistant (⌘J) and ask for the figure: what it counts, over which entries and which period, and where on the page it sits.
- Check the figure in the draft, then select Publish.
Each figure reads live from the entries it counts, and only from the entries you can see, so two people can see different numbers on the same page.
